Salzen, pfeffern und ca. 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l zugeben. Mit einer Gabel auflockern.<br \/>\nGem\u00fcse putzen. Zucchini und Melanzani in l\u00e4ngliche, ca. 5 mm dicke Scheiben schneiden, salzen und ca. 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.<br \/>\nCocktailtomaten in eine Keramikform legen, salzen, pfeffern, mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln und im vorgeheizten Rohr bei 180\u00b0C \u00a0ca. 8 Minuten braten.<br \/>\nGem\u00fcse mit K\u00fcchenpapier trockentupfen und in hei\u00dfem Oliven\u00f6l beidseitig goldbraun braten.<br \/>\nPaprika in 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden und ebenfalls in Oliven\u00f6l braten.
